Wedding Planning – When Should I Book My Wedding Transportation?

Congratulations, you just got engaged, and now the planning starts!

One of the questions we are frequently asked is, “how long in advance should I book my transportation?”  The answer to that is, as soon as you have formulated a plan for the kind of transportation you want.  Nine months out is not too long especially if you are planning a large wedding providing shuttle service for the majority of your guests, the sooner you start talking to us the better.

We always feel so bad when we have to turn brides away because they have left it too late to reserve the vehicles they need.  Every year there are some “hot” dates in the most popular months, usually around a holiday time.  This year October 12th is one of those dates, so plan early if you know you have chosen one of these very popular dates.
